for solving common LED wall issues.
What to do if a panel doesn't light up
If your LED panel isn’t lighting up, first check the power supply connections to ensure they’re secure. Inspect the cables for any visible damage or loose connections. If the connections are intact, verify that the power button is turned on and the correct power source is being used. Additionally, check for any error indicators on the panel or controller, which can provide insight into the issue. If the problem persists, try performing a hard reset by unplugging the unit for a few minutes and reconnecting it. If the issue is still unresolved, please contact our technical support team for further assistance.
How to identify bad receiving cards
To identify a bad receiving card in your LED wall, first ensure all cables are connected properly. Check for any error codes or lights on the receiving card itself. If the panel is not displaying images correctly, or if certain areas of the screen are dark or distorted, it could indicate a malfunctioning receiving card. You can also test the card by swapping it with a known working one to see if the problem resolves. If the issue persists, consider replacing the card with a new one or reaching out to our support team for assistance.
How to back up screen configuration
Backing up your screen configuration is crucial to ensure you can restore settings in case of a failure. To back up your configuration, connect to the LED controller via the software interface. Navigate to the settings or configuration menu, and locate the backup option. Save the configuration file to a secure location on your computer or cloud storage. It’s a good practice to regularly update your backup, especially after making changes to the setup or adding new panels. If you’re unsure about the process, our team can guide you through the steps to ensure a smooth backup.
Cleaning & maintenance tips
Proper maintenance and cleaning of your LED panels will prolong their life and maintain optimal performance. To clean your LED screens, use a soft, lint-free cloth lightly dampened with a mixture of water and a mild detergent. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the screen. For deeper cleaning, especially for outdoor panels, use compressed air to remove dust and debris from the vents and around the edges of the panels. Regularly inspect the panel for any signs of wear and tear or malfunction. Ensure that the environment around the panel is clean and free from excessive humidity, which can affect its performance.
