Domestic Shipping Policy

Order Processing Times

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or U.S. holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders or temporary inventory limitations, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you by email or telephone.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship using trusted freight carriers and ground shipping providers across the continental United States.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
3–5 business days, depending on the destination.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or high seasonal demand.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Shipping charges for your order (when applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping Policy:
Free shipping applies only to LED Wall Packages.
Individual LED panels, parts, accessories, or specially packaged items do not qualify for free shipping and may incur additional shipping fees.

If you have questions about whether a product qualifies for free shipping, please contact our team before completing your purchase.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, including your tracking number(s).
Tracking numbers become active within 24 hours.

Damaged or Missing Items

You have 15 days from the delivery date to report any missing or damaged items that occurred during shipping.

To submit a claim, please contact us with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the damaged or missing item(s)

Claims submitted after 15 days cannot be accepted.
Please keep all original packaging materials until the claim is resolved.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

American LED Screens is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may apply to your order.
All charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

(Note: We currently ship only within the continental United States.)
