Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at American LED Screens. We take pride in the quality of our LED video walls, panels, and professional display equipment. If you need assistance with a return or refund, the following terms apply.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• Returns are allowed within 15 days from the delivery date.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Partial returns are not accepted — only complete orders may be returned.
• Products that have been installed, powered on, or show signs of use are not eligible for return.

Restocking Fee & Return Shipping Costs

All approved returns are subject to:

• A 20% restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount.
• All shipping costs, including original outbound shipping and return freight, are non-refundable and will also be deducted from the refund amount.
• Customers are responsible for any additional fees related to payment processing or transactional charges.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-built, special-order, or made-to-order products
• Individual LED panels or replacement components
• Products sold as final sale
• Equipment showing signs of use, installation, modification, or damage not related to shipping

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
• Processing times vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives with missing items or visible damage:

• You must report the issue within 15 days of delivery.
• Claims submitted after 15 days cannot be accepted.
• Please include:
  1. Your order number
  2. Description of the problem
  3. Photos of the damaged or missing item(s)

Keep all original packaging materials until the claim is resolved.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
To request an exchange, please contact us with your order details and supporting photos.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the shipping of returned items.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, the cost of the return freight will be deducted from the total refund amount.
